cheap it was indeed... but the design has a major flaw with a smaller cone pointing inwards, and im not surprised the end cap got sucked in. there are plenty of pod filters which have a solid end like the K&N filters, but for now im using my drilled airbox... mite put a few more holes in there.daewoomofo wrote:another reason not to use CHEAP pod filters...benzino wrote:Another reason not to use pod filters...
Cargo cultism is a beautiful thing as long as you never fall for it.
rgere design is not really flawed, they are made to allow the max amount air in,Rodd1s wrote:cheap it was indeed... but the design has a major flaw with a smaller cone pointing inwards, and im not surprised the end cap got sucked in. there are plenty of pod filters which have a solid end like the K&N filters, but for now im using my drilled airbox... mite put a few more holes in there.daewoomofo wrote:another reason not to use CHEAP pod filters...benzino wrote:Another reason not to use pod filters...
and my mates pug "mi16 conver" would suck in (colaspe the filter) a top of the range air cone in 3 month
well... i just gave it a bit of logical analysis... too much vacuum with WOT then their is an intake blockage... you rev the engine with WOT yet their is still too much vacuum and that can only happen when the intake is restricteddaewoomofo wrote:MMamdouh wrote: God i am good
