inside muffler

Yesterday I check my Daewoo cielo 97 muffler and I found out some inside is loose is it ok?

no idea

just when I shake it with my hand, the whole inside looks moving inside muffler..............

ther should be nothing loose inside the muffler, if there is you should get it looked at, or replace it
