Leganza 2000CC DOHC owners please help

Hi
i have leganza CDX 2000CC DOHC, car it has bad petrol usage. and some hoses are just cut and open, please check my attached pictures.

If any one have the same car please send me some Engine pictures to correct my hose/valves/vacuum system.
