a little bit yes... i am sure if i did all three mounts the results would have been much better but as you know i am not going to have the car for long so i won't waist more effort and money on modding it.
i recently bought motor mounts fromgm-car-parts.com i got two mounts with rubber in them and the third one was all steel (no bubber)so do the 1.6 dohc only have 2 rubber mounts?????

Hi ya Guys, I think you'll find just squirting silicone into you mounts is gonna do nothing to stiffen them. There are dozens of different silicones out there, and the type that you will pick up @ hardware and most auto shops will be too soft to be of any use. Keep in mind that nearly all silicones in cartridges are sealants and not designed to be adhesives or structural in nature.
Urathanes are a better proposition but again many of them are just sealants, although some used in the auto/marine/industrial industries are adhesives and have varying properties. Polyurathane bushes and mounts are usually machines from solid stock.
Best you do a bit of homework, Check out compaies like:

well... i'd like to see a pic of your mounts to tell but as far as i know they should be identical.
note that some times the rubber is covering the metal part in the middle of the mount so you might "think" it is all rubber when actually it has a metal core, anyways i pictured all 3 mouts i got and posted them earlier in the topic so you can scroll back and tell me which mount looks different than yours in case you can't get a pic of your mount that doesn't look like mine.

you are quite right but some stiffness is better than none... right?? in here it is hard to find such materials and most of the time it will be too expensive.
