Changing valve cover gasket and spark plugs

2000 Nubira CDX. The gasket I got didn't come with any torque instructions. My friends dodge neon doesn't requiring torquing, you just tighten until the screws bottom out. Do ours, and if so, how many foot or inch pounds?

didn't see - or use - sepacific torque specs on cam cover gaskets before so just tighten until the screws bottom out.
