Will These Give Me A Good Power Boost

will these cams help performance at all in my aveo 1.6L?

"With a duration of 200 (at .050") and lift of .335" these are a mild performance cam that will give you the ability to make power to about 1000 RPM higher than stock, yet still idle well." (Description quote)

"Also available with 200/.375", 210/.340", or the 222/.365" as a serious race/ street performance cam." - or will any of these be better?

I am mainly looking for more torque and power with smoother engine revs.

go with the mild. if you did the performance cam you would end up with a very shaky idle and an uncomfotable ride around town.
