while i was browsing the net i saw articles regarding tb spacers and their benefits in hp increase now does anyone know what this is all about other the that some body told me if i put a shorter dia genereator pulley i would see more hp increase

yes, the tb spacer is kind of a built in tornado thing, or the rifling in a gun. and the pully your talking about is called a under drive pully, smaller lighter pully to drive things, you get about 1hp but the engine rev' quicker

What if we dont put a underdrive crank pulley cause daewoo underdrive pulley is not so common in the market rather just change and exchange the alternator and water pump pulleys to smaller dia from some other small compact car wont that reduce the parsitic effect ??????
also both alternator and the pump will rev more i recon

the nubi 2.0 flywheel is ligher and smaller and perfect fit i belive. search around here i forgot who did it.

lighter than what?? as far as i know the 2.0 flywheel is the heaviest or at least as heavy as the one from the 1.6... the 1.5 flywheel is lighter indeed but it won't fit either the 1.6 or the 2.0.
