They're not Gates belts, but they are of decent quality. I recently put a set in my green Daewoo. The belt is made of heavy duty rubber with some sort of mesh in the center to keep it from shredding. The pullies are Japanese-made, so i think they will be of decent quality. I had good results with my car.
The pump doesn't look to be OEM, and is also missing the essential gasket, which is the main reason for the change. You can just get the kit from him for $56.00 and buy an OEM pump and arrive at the same cost.

I just bought a FEBI water pump (the pump in the kit) and it is a different design than OEM. It seems to be working but it has shorter fins on the impeller so don't worry about the difference if you do purchase the FEBI water pump. Mine came with both gaskets, the thin rubber one that goes on the inside and the outer one that goes around the timing belt cover shield (I think this is just to eliminate noise from vibration). The gasket you may want to purchase just in case is the thin one that goes on the inside, it is only about a dollar.
