Don't bother with the throttle body coolant bypass. I did it and it didn't help with anything...at all.
The coolant line was put there for a reason. It helps to heat up the intake during startup and keeps the intake at a constant temperature during normal driving. Removing it will do nothing in the way of cooling your TB. In fact, after a few hours of driving, the heat transfer from the head to the intake manifold to the TB made the TB much MUCH hotter than it should have been. I even noticed some warping on the stock intake hose.
It is a totally worthless mod. You could take my word for it or you could go out and try it yourself and see that it truly does nothing.
Stick to the tried and true methods, like resonator removal.
i did a TB coolant bypass as well... only thing i gained from this os that the TB became more easy to take off for cleanup... nothing at all on the performance side.

Lol, MMamdouh, I noticed that too. I didn't get the customary spray of coolant all over my cam gears and alternator.
