For engine coolant, if it takes forever (like 5yrs) to achieve the required mileage for timing belt change, I would recommend long life coolant like Prestone's 5/150 (Dexcool) or Chevron Long Life (OAT based like Dexcool).
If you take a relatively short time to achieve the mileage requiring a timing belt change which also mean saving on labor costs with a water pump change, then the cheaper green silicate stuff is recommended.
Lets see......ah yes.
Power steering fluid (PSF), you can get away with using any ATF be it SPIII or DexronIII as PSF. I always go for the cheapest. I use Toyota's Type T-IV ATF as PSF. I can get it at SGD20/4L.
You might want to substitute the ATF for your transmission with Toyota's Type T-IV if you can get it cheaply. Some GMDAT car users report better shifting with it. If you can get DexronVI, get it. DexronVI supercedes all the Dexron specs now for all GM cars.

nice info but i got one comment... doesn't the leganza use dual electrode spark plugs?? so that means that the gap is un adjustable... right?

i did a search before on www.NGK.com and the result showed the OEM spark plugs as dual electrode ones... no idea where the conflict in data comes
