Hehe....ok, let me see what I can find.

Now, I will need some info from you:
- what are the current dimensions of your pistons, incl ring groove sizes
- how is it connected to the conrod (ie wrist pin or pressed in?)
- what is your current compression and what compression are you after?
- have you considered installing steel cylinder head plate? (in between 2 head gaskets to decrease the compression)
- what pressure will you be using?

With the above data (including the dimensions with the wrist pin info) I will be able to call around and see what I can find.

I suppose you could also inquire with Grabowski Auto Tuning, they did a turbokit for Lanos, therefore I would assume they will have the information you seek.

Take care!

Not sure what size engine you have but OPC (Opel Performance Centre) did do a run of steel cranks for the 2.0 Ecotec. Hard to find though and $$$.
Swindon Racing Engines in the UK will do a steel billet crank for you, but this time $$$$$$$!!

To add what Maniac16V has said right now I have (will have instaled today) a thicker head gasket(wih steel filling) exacly 1.5mm but when I will buy those forged parts I will install a normal gasket so I want pistons which will lower the compression... right now I will run on 0.5 Bar but after installing the forged parts and bigger fuel injectors I want to increase the pressure to 1 Bar

As to Grabowski he is one of the worst tuners in Poland... no comment...

Only the injectors will fit from the C20LET. The ones from the Z20LET (Opel Zafira GSi and Astra/Kadett GSi) will also fit.
Below is a list of piston suppliers/manufacturers. You could try them first to see if they already have a piston available (remember the upcoming Opel Corsa GSi will have a 1.6L turbo).

Accralite Pistons (UK) - www.accralite.com +44 121 525 6450

AE Piston Products (UK) - +44 1274 729595

Arias (UK) - +44 1403 784022

Connaught (UK) - +44 1795 84380

Cosworth (UK) - +44 1604 752444

Omega Pistons (UK) - www.omegapistons.com +44 121 559 6778

Swindon Racing Engines (UK) - +44 1793 531321

Ross Pistons (UK) - www.coordsport.com +44 1384 216102

Jacquemin Tuning (France) - www.jacquemintuning.com 00 33 32074 6480

Arias Forged Pistons - USA (1) 310 532 9737

JE Pistons - USA (1) 714 898 9763

Wiseco Piston - USA (1) 216 951 6600
CAN 800 265 1029

I've mostly listed one's in Europe (UK/France) but the American/Canadian ones would probably work out cheaper.

Hope this is of some use.
