need help! making custom intake for a 00 lanos 1.6L

i am all for making custom parts it makes me feel like i have accopmlished something plus there isn't many parts available for the woo's. i'm going to get my pipe bent at my local muffler shop i just need to know what size hole and grommet i need for the temp sensor. i haven't really looked at it and i don't want to mess it up. any help is appreciated in advance. thx

There is some literature available even at Chapters that will help you design your own intake manifold. You may also want to take a look at some designs for other makes, like Honda, to get some ideas.
