This is the question: Can the Tiburon/Elantra Header fit the nubira/leganza engine? I talking about the 1997-2001 1.8/2.0 (may be the 2.0 2002-2005) tiburon no the v6.
ElJunito and I was thinking about it, we will check it this week but if any one have info better.

by we already know the bolts are like 11mm in the tiburon/elantra and like 9mm in the nubira/leganza but we can fix this. the distance to the botom of the engine I similar.
Well, most I-4 headers look very similar and maybe even the tubes are in the same location, but the problem is if the bolts line up and I would be surprised if the ones off the Hyundais fit. It only takes a bit of a bad fit to create a stress point and potential problems.
However, even if the screw holes aren't in the same location but the ports are, you can always cut the flange off of a junkyard car and have it welded to the header. That will probabally be what I will do if ever this engine breaks down beyond repair. I'll probabally just get a Honda header or one that clears the block and cut off the flange off mine and hook it up to the engine.
the uper holes fixt the lower holes not... but no problem I will make the mod. The 4 exhaust holes from the engine are in the same place. Now the problem can be the down pipe distance . I will know that next week.
