hi all i need to swap my engine nubira(2) 1.6 to 2.2 new not used
where can buy it i am living in egypt and there is no site can buy it
from it

Do you have access to any Opel dealerships??

If so you can buy a 2.2L from them as it was found in several different Opel cars over the last 10 years.

hey yasser... how is it going??

i can't recall any Opel model in Egypt with a 2.2 engine... i recon you will have to import that from somewhere outside the country which will cost some horrable price (shipping and customs)... not to mention that it will be near impossible to find parts for that engine as their aren't any in the country.

i recommend a 2.0 DOHC engine from a Leganza... Daewoo engines are sheap here and spare parts are available everywhere, it is even better than the 2.0 on the Opel Vectra as that engine is a 2.0 SOHC.

i think it is some 136 HP or so but much important is the torque that the engine produce which will be some 40% more than your current 1.6.
