whenever there is a "chip" that can give 20 hp its always a scam. actually i believe all of them ot be a scam.

that right... when something seems too good to be true you should know it isn't true.

to get a 20 HP you need some serios work on a car that have a little over 100 HP so no simple $20 chip can do that.

also check the crap parts list in the general section for more scams.
