OBDII chipping?

anybody know somebody who can chip our woos. i hear that obd2 chipping is alot more complicated than obd1 and that alot of honduh guys go for obd2 to obd1 conversion harnessis instead.
just wondering i think alot of people would be intrested

Yeh, the OBDII chipping is a lot more harder,

the OBDI is more simple, and has you said for the Honda guys there's a conversion on stock wiring to cope the OBDI ECU/Plugs,

Mine has a OBDI wiring
'88 Pontiac Lemans GTE - 2.0 16v XE - fully programable ECU, Custom made intake manifold and other bits.
146.6WHP/135lb.ft - 14.81@94mph
