1.6L Doch Lanos changing valves

Post by IvanLanos »

Hey Guys!
I need a little help here please!
2 days ago the timing belt gave up on my Lanos, I've changed it today but the engine still wont fire up. I'm pretty sure I have a few bent valves.
Can somone help me with some instructions on the cylinder head removal?

I think I got it all figured out. Just finished with the cylinder head removal. As I was expecting all exhaust valves were bent. The most difficult part was removing the intake manifold, the 4 screws under the intake were very hard to reach.

Did you removed the head with intake & exhaust manifolds attached as per service manual instructions?
