LEGANZA Rumble/vibration after accident

Hey. i drive a 1999 Daewoo Leganza Auto with 103,000KM. Recently i was involved in a 3 car pile up. Wasn't high speed or anything but i got hit from behind and i went into the car in front (at about 25KM). The car then went to the car repair shop (after all the insurance mumbo jumbo) and had a new rear bumber fitted, new front bumber, bonnet and left side fender.

Since then my car now rumbles at idle. When the revs are up while driving its fine but when i let of the gas and the revs drop as it goes into 4th gear it rumbles terribly. It feels like my eardrums are going to blow up:) (literally). Does anyone have any ideas. I suspect it's the motor mounts. I dont think there stuffed because they were fine before. How do i stop the rumble?? Is there a way to adjust them? If so, how?
Car has no mechanical problems, always serviced has all new exhaust and mufflers etc.

Your probably correct it very well is an engine mount. Most probably the front right (by timing cover) and the transmission mount located at the bottom rear of the car. No adjustment, only replacement. However, there could have been structual damage to the mount brackets. Visual inspection, and having an assistant power brake the car (with caution) while you look at the engine and check for excessive movement, vibration, and noise.

As far as exhaust goes, Im guessing the muffler was replaced after the accident? Still I would visually inspect the entire system as it could have been damaged elsewhere and the body shop missed it, or the exhaust could be not seating correctly, or resting somewhere on the chassis.

I changed the fron right mount (the one thats sits on the fender whel under air box) Rumble is gone
