thats the thing with my car, when at normal operation temp: it idles about 700-800 rpm

when i start the car up i have to wait like 5 minutes, cause at start up my rpm is at 1100-1000. So when i wait 5 min, it drops to 900-800 then i can drive, because when i drive after start up and put it in gear D4 (auto tranny), it raises up to 1300 rpm for some reason, but when it reaches the normal temp, it drops to 800 rpm.

weird ass car lol

i know that on my mom's subaru, when u put it in gear after start up, the rpm drops, and over here is other way around

rofl

jeff, did u do idle learn procedure after u put plug in the batt?

you fool

almost every car idles like that when you start it up if the engine is not at normal temp......even mine

it does it to get to normal temp, and you can drive it to with out have to wait

now if it was idling at 1500+ rpm then is a problem
