Can you clean an intake air temp sensor?

Can you clean an intake air temp sensor? Are all the Woo's interchangeable? Also, can one be bad or dying and not be throwing a CEL code?

i recon you can use card cleaner product to clean it

How about an O2 sensor? Is Carb Cleaner ok to use on that?

Non-chlorinated Brake Cleaner is good for pretty much anything.

It's usually alcohol based and doesn't affect plastics and rubber
