dropped out low and slow lol

Took my nubie for a lil street run ran good untill i floored it once and it went for the revout in 1st then it like felt like it ran out of fuel like died for a second the jumped straight to the limiter like a flat spot.... now i hosed my inlet out before i knew it had any other function then sucking air lol but ive read it has a vgis or watevr i thought i was doin the right thing i have gaskets for this thing to pull it down should i pull it appart and lube it up. i too think my pickup is slighly slow on the grass i have to drop the clutch to get wheel spin so wat can i clean revamp to get my power up to scratch other than that she is tops lil 1.6 has balls
