Exhaust fount pipes

i have been looking on the net for new fronts pipe (i don't need them yet just looking) and 2 options keep coming up

1 for manuel and 1 for auto is there any diffence,
from what i have found so far auto car have 2 flexi jounts, and manuals have 1?

do you have 1 catalytic convertor or 2? i have 2, and a resonator and a muffler.
