You may try to use leak sealant poduct http://www.id-usa.com/product_landing.asp but I guess it only work on small leaks. I believe that the mostly current leak source is the compressor's drive shaft seal.

You could wind down your window oropen your sunroof, while saving petrol, instead of using your AC :D

I ripped mine out with the new engine going in. Not needed, at least not in ireland. But as Daniel said, check around the compressor to see if you can see any seals crumbling or any gaps.

take it to a reputable shop that does AC.

You should never need to recharge your AC as it is supposed to be a closed system. If your AC is no longer cold that is a sign or a leak and/or compressor problems. Never use the AC charge with sealant as this will end up clogging up your lines.

Are you starting it with the AC on?

You may just need to redo the Idle procedure.

when i took it for a spin and drove for like 20 min then i put it in park, all i can hear is whoom!!! (high rpm) (which really hurts me when it does that (it got 39K on it!!! :?)

i'll have to get that cam sensor checked out, maybe that is what causes all the trouble.

Sometimes, it starts out fine, and most of the time sounds like i have a brick on my gas pedal

About the tps, well i have no clue, i might have to get one on ebay :?
