I can explain what this is. If you turn a can of powered air (dust remover) upside down and spray it on your hand...your hand will frost up because it is ICE cold...probably 0 degrees. Spraying this in your intake stream would simulate what nitrous does. Poor man sneaky Pete. Would I try it...dunno ...

That is what I thought as well. It just would not make sense when this body has barely been world wide for what 3 years? How that came up was a vendor suggested they would not go forward with parts for the Optra and Forenza unitl the all new 06 was out. It just did not make sense.

I know very little about the Leganza but I'm sure some one here could chime in or post a under hood pic of a Leganza.

UPDATED took both fog light fillers out all together. There is also a breather pic but I had not put the clamp on yet. http://www.suzuki-forums.com/index.php?act=Attach&type=post&id=367 http://www.suzuki-forums.com/index.php?act=Attach&type=post&id=368 http://www.suzuki-forums.com/index.php?act=Atta...

Also I have heard that the new 06 Forenza will have new headlights/hood/fenders/grill and bumper. Now this picture is not the 06 Forenza and it has an aftermarket bumper but look at the headlights and fenders do you see a difference? I was not aware any changes was being made so soon to Optra and th...

There are many things you can get to modify your Optra (if its 4-door sedan) or Forenza sedan. Just of the top of my head..vent visors, ground effects, wings, springs, intakes, plug wires, pulleys, bulbs, carbon fiber dash kits, exhaust & there is other stuff as well. Most of it though comes over se...

Another idea that I had is I bought one of these items (on the link)...that I was actually going to hook to the short ram to not only convert it to cold air but get more of that "cool" factor under the hood vs. just tubing going to bumper. Also I could still use even on the cold air tube version and...

I do not know how much labor was involved Kinky but you could always toss the OEM pulley back on..re-set the computer and do your thing and see what happens. If you take the cost of code readers, $ if you pay to get it read properly (at a dealer) or just your time & concern in this matter it may be ...

Look at the pictures...you can make this system a short ram or a FULL COLD AIR INTAKE.
You know it was nothing more than frustration on finding parts for these cars that drove me to create stuff for it. I'm glad you like it.

All comments appreciated.

This IS A COLD AIR INTAKE??? I think this is one of the most clean looking & proper angled set ups I have seen & ***I am not trying to offend you if you used an intake off of another car!*** I would have considered it if I had seen an item match up to the throttle body a little better. Also some oth...

Updated Forenza COLD Air Intake Chevy Optra COLD Air Intake

UPDATED PICS (3" polished) Finally after blowing cash on weird stuff, I finally got a system that I am happy with. I guess you would call it a stage 2 and a stage 3. A set up for heavy winter and a summer set up. A AEM bypass valve or universal version valve can be installed between pipe 2 and pipe ...
