I had noticed no one had mentioned interest in a bolt on mandrel bent system for their Optra or Forenza on my group buy thread. All we need is about 3-5 people or so to get this thing going. Come on!

What I would do is send you money for it and have you mail it to my contact in NYC who makes headers so he can build a template from it. How much do you want for it?

Yes sanding is the key. Then use a dremel tool or a drill with buffer pad to get the high shine that you can not get by hand.

Debo...I will look into the Nubira being the same as the Forenza, Optra, Reno...I think it may be. Do you also have the down pipe that connects to the cat converter Or just the upper manifold?

I use a aftermarket filter of the breather hose. I am not blocking the hose, I am not letting the hot air blow near the AIT sensor and I am not or have not smelled any fumes. I do not think there is much too gain or lose either way so to each their own.

I have a company willing to work with me on a header. My question is does anyone have a spare exhaust manifold and down pipe? Know of a wrecked Forenza, Optra or a car that YOU KNOW has the exact same manifold and down pipe? Of course who ever gets involved will get theirs for dead cost...maybe less...

I had my friends built STI WRX over 155 and years ago I was about that speed in a Viper.

washable..re-oilable..plus if you look at my bumper it has rained here for a week. Although the picture makes it look a bigger hole than it is and angle etc..it actually sets back against the tire well to the left of the hole and there is a splash shield on the back for the tire well vents.

Cardomain works....

Anyway I removed those silly fog light plugs the other day to give more cold air to the engine. :twisted:
