So Tim. what kind of Dollars are you looking at for the rebuild? block only. ChipTorque in Brisbane if your near there. not sure. they do some great work with the haltech ecu's. which model are you going for?

Does anyone know where i can get the timing belt adjuster tool from? Only price i got was $210 AUD and i may aswell pay a company to take the head off and reinstall it for me for $300. Any help guys would be great. Thanks

thanks for that. I am surprised that the head is so little torqued like compared to the crank pulley. I will try and take photo's on the weekend and create a step by step guide for removing the head on a 1.5 sohc.

Lanos 1.5 SOHC Head Gasket Replacement

I was just wondering does anyonw know the torque settings for the 1.5 lanos sohc. Also if anyone has a step by step guide for removal it would help, otherwise i will just attempt it myself. But i need to know the torque settings.

it looks like the exhaust headers my mate used to have on his series 1 mazda rx7. Its tuned length extractors. Heaps better flow.

Ok. I thought you guys were smart. lol i guess not. I pulled the leads off the spark plugs one at a time with rubber insulated multigrips and i was wearing rubber gloves. Don't kill yaself guys.

tested the coils tonight and coil number isnt firing. So i have a faulty Coil pack. And damn do those coil packs have a strong spark.
