Found the problems, Replaced the fuel pump and repaired battery feed wire from ignition relay to coil. Now running great.
Now need to put wiring harness back togeather.

Bought a non running 2000 Leganza with 2.2L and automatic. found excessice amounts of oil in sparkplug hole and plugs themself were oil soaked.
