I have a 99 leganza CDX, the a/c control panel will not power up and i have nothing(fan,heat,a/c) I got a replacement control panel (used) and same problem. There are two contections A & B. Looking at the diagram I was able to check to see if there is power coming from the harness contection A teste...

would i have to pull the entire wiring harness or is it made is sections??
