I just purchased a Panasonic CQ-C5310. Excellent deck! It's a huge improvement over my JVC. Only complaint I have is it has a hard time reading scratched or dirty cd's. Other than that, it has great sound quality, it's easy to use, and looks grea!

If caps don't work, then I guess we should start pulling them out of virtually every DC power supply made. (Hopefully someone understands where I'm going here...) If cap's weren't so damn expensive, you could virtually eliminate voltage fluctuation by wiring 3 or 4 large caps in parallel.
