There is a large button under the spare tire with the daewoo logo, it is very soft and can push in far, what is this for?

I have an 01 Lanos and I am worried about the timing belt, I have no idea when/if it has been changed yet and the car has 134,000 miles on it.

The belt is still working now, but I have heard many horror stories.

What is a fair price to be charged to have it replaced?

I guess I'll just pay the $40 to have a diagnostic run on it, if can be so many different things I don't want to waste my money on a part that worked all along.

When I bought my Lanos about a month ago the previous owner said the car would run rough when it was low on gas.... about 3 weeks later now it's undriveable. I think my fuel filter is bad but it seems to be different to replace the Daewoo's fuel filter vs the fuel filter on most cars.

Is there an easy way to remove it without buying any special tools?
