thanks guys for all the info .i have tried pb blaster ,wd40 ,and all the other good stuff. i havent tried heating up cause i donot want to worp or damage the block .i have hit it with a mini aledge and i have actually chipped the water pump to pieces so i am gonna continue to do that till it brakes ...

i have done all of that and i also have hit it so hard the sprocket has come off the waterpump and it still does not move.il keep trying with other options

water pump isue
i am trying to remove my water pump on my lanos due to the belt snapping ,i have a new cylinder head and all the parts to fix it but the water pump does not want to come off....and yes i have remove the 3 allen screws but it will not budge any body have any ideas or has anyone else have this same pr...

i work at autozone and i scan plenty of cars all day and my lanos a couple of times so far were was this autozone at the guy should get smaked with a sparkplug wire

did all the lanos have abs brakes i have to change all the brakes but on the drums i was asked if i had abs or not i know daewoo had it but wasnt sure if on all

i just baught a car mag it has a web address that has some daewoo things not just lanos but nexia and others they have a brembo brake kit for the lanos that i like but i dont know if i can order it since it comes from the uk i believe check it out and let me know the site is http://www.potn.com

yeah i saw the two for oil cause i have the fittings still attached for those but i was uncertain as to the other two and i agree the turbo is pretty smull wich is why i want to do something with it i dont want a dramatic change but a noticable one and then maybe later ill upgrade to make more power

thanx to the ones that helped id the turbo it turned out its a gt17 now if have to figure how to plumb everything since it has four holes for oil and such i dont know what to do withthem all

yeah difficult
they are dificult but ive been know to do wierder things like stick a 13b rotatry from an 85 rx-7 into a 85 suzuki samurai, or 13b rotary in an 87 chevy s-10(as you can tell i love rotaries) i did see a four door lanos like mine on ebay for cheap ant it was a stick but its in conn and im not goin to...

other than going out and buy a manual lanos is there a way to turn an auto into a stick i know i will have to do alot of work but thats the fun part
