Does anyone have a wiring diagram to show which wires from the headlight plug to go which pins in the headlamp plug?

of course the replacement harness I got has the wrong colors.

I'd say check the headlight plugs but you said no driving lights too so it's gotta be an issue with the switch

In both of my Lanos' the headlight harnesses were problematic. I eventually had to replace them.
In my new Lanos I replaced the harness and the ground wire melted as soon as I turned them on.
I'm sure I hooked up the correct wires so what else could it be?

Shaun - think you may ever get another Woo? Maybe a Reno hatch? I've looked at those and like them. I'm also considering picking up an '05-06 Aveo Hatch and getting all the Woo badging & front grill for it. I've already contacted a Holden dealership in Sydney Australia to find out if they can ship ...

So your problem is that you deleted the front cat and now your 1st or 2nd o2 sensor is throwing a code due to inefficiency... try installing an o2 sensor spacer on the sensor that's causing the issue I've already done this and it still throws the code. I ended up buying a new cat for $180 grr :tfrag:

I remember reading about someone using an inline transistor to fool the ECU into thinking the O2 sensor was returning a good code. My front pre-cat blocked up and was hollowed and I really don't feel like shelling out over $300 to replace it and don't really need it. Does anyone have any information...

yeah sounds like a leak to me. The second O2 on my HB is located in a bung on the exhaust pipe just after the pre-cat.

One difference is mine is not a sport but I'm thinking there was no difference here.
