Needing a clutch...
The whole electric motor thing is interesting... So many manufacturers are adding them on these days. Even now the next gen R36 GTR will have a hybrid electric drive system! It would be fun to have that torque boost in the low end and especially from a dead stop :) On another note... My clutch is no...

I think alot of people have either moved on from Daewoos altogether, or have lost interest in the community aspect. And ofc...

@ Chris: I know you mentioned somewhere you selling your business? That will be a big change... hopefully you will indeed have more time to work on all your projects. It's too bad about those calibra transfer cases ... would be nice if they could handle more. @ 7: Yes the Hatlech + bigger turbo woul...

Re: A little more confusion. Arp bolts
If I could make a suggestion.... get the car dynoed as it sits just before you are ready to do the build. So at least you have an idea of how much you gained..

Re: Turbo Optra - Now on tuned Haltech @ 225whp
^ yep this motor naturally doesn't want to breathe above 6000rpm in stock form. Makes sense though - they designed this variant more for smooth low & mid range torque IMO based on the intake manifold design, cams etc. However, that can be corrected to a degree with the right amount of boost at the r...

Re: Turbo Optra - Now on tuned Haltech @ 225whp
dyno run looks nice and smooth, we're you running progressive boost to keep the torque locked in around 200 ? I was sure that your hair dryer would spool up at way lower rpm, seems like your up around 3300 rpm before you get the turbo really moving. why does the dyno graph posted stop at 5400 rpm, ...
