Re: C20let crank into u20sed?

Thanks Guys. It probably WOULD have been worth it for the price it's going for. Lightened and balenced $35. Won't ship to America though lolol.

Hi guy. I just want to make sure before I go buy anything. Will the c20let/xe crank fit into the u20sed from the reno/forenza? Does it have the same stroke and everything? Basically a bolt in affaire?

Re: U20sed intake and exhaust manifold studs???

Hi. I actually got this one from Holland Sport Performance a while back. He did a nice decent job on it. I'm sure he could whip one up for you if you wanted. One of the aftermarket co. Can custom make them. I have a link for it somewhere but its more expensive than gse_turbo. If he can't do it ill t...

No the phenolic gasket is just going on the intake manifold. Buy I'd like to replace both the intake and exhaust manifold bolts

U20sed intake and exhaust manifold studs???

Hey guys. I've been trying to find info on the intake and exhaust manifold studs. Does anyone know the sizes of the studs? I need to get a set of longer intake studs so I can use a phenolic gasket. I like to be able to replace the studs with arp studs if possible.

Re: ignition coil-pack upgrade

I've been thinking about a coil in plug set up recently. A couple of the vauxhalls have them but not sure if they would fit on my motor, u20sed. I'm interested what gets figured out.

Re: Ultimate 2.0 16v turbo build

Manifold looks good. Pretty much what I was picturing. I'm curious though will condensation build up be an issue? Will there be a difference in air density from the first runner to the last?

Re: Ultimate 2.0 16v turbo build

Ok so I just looked at a car in the shop that has a water to air in it. Are you essentially making the intercooler the intake manifold and adding runners to it? Will that be enough to cool the charge? I don't think heat soak would be a big issue because the water circulates through the manifold. Int...

Re: Ultimate 2.0 16v turbo build

I'm curious about the intercooler myself but wanted to wait and see it. Not sure i fully understand the routing of it. An experience tuner is a definite must at that HP level. I'm excited to see this project reach that HP though.

Re: Ultimate 2.0 16v turbo build

What's the HP goal? Also why calico coat the oil pump gears? To help shed oil or for the longevity of the oil pump? I'm also still interested in the differences in the oil pump too. I know you said you could raise the pressure of the stock pump by shining the valve(I think anyway). But is the z20 pu...
