that rubber gasket that is supposed to seal it is bad somewhere, most likely on the top.

any chance it was a fuel problem? A while back i had a bad miss on my Lanos and was thinking the worse stuff too. I even got an ignition coil because it was a clear misfire. I had just done the fuel filter not that many miles before, but just ona whim did it again. That took care of the problem. I w...

there is also a possibility the fuel pump isn't working. there is a topic on here where the air conditioner drain clogs, the passenger floor gets wet, the wiring in that side to the ECU corrodes, in particular the wire to the fuel pump which causes the exact symptoms you are describing. the topic ex...
