well, just told us your original tire size, and i will answer :) but, like on my optra, the tire are stock on 15inch, 195/55/15 to go like 17inch, i need to put 205/40/17 tire to stay under the 2% tire diff. like. to get the stat for your tire, just use the page there > http://www.1010tires.com/Tire...

be sure to get anther timing belt too, usuaully it's driving by it, so, that will kinda help your motor to run finner i guess

5w20 dont seem pretty good to use in that engine, i would use at minumum 5w30, but only my 0.02c

my optra does the same thing (optra aka forenza / nubira) even if odd, i found that on higth octane gaz, it make it more after the 90km/h, like the waiting to bypass another car (from 110km/h to 140km/h in example) than on normal octane gaz, else i always get that waiting state i kinda put the fault...

I hve an optra '04, wich is the same exact model as yours, and on mine my gm dealer installed mud guard, so i knw they exist for your model.

I'm thinking the custom route is the way to go. My Meineke guy in town quoted me $150 for a Magnaflow stainless steel muffler installed, plus another $100 to replace the resonator. Well, i misread it, but i thougth u wanted to shift/gear faster, and you actually can change your gear ratio in the ecu, and thus, affecting your transmission

Well, you can maybe program the ECU, will maybe be a lot less costly than changing it. But you need the tool, and only a gm shop will do have that, try asking them.

It can be a simple bad gasket or seal.

Best thing is to locate the leak, go on a clean surface, and verify where it leak, and/or clean a bit under your engine with a towel (where it's the more 'oily'), and check where 'fresh' oil pass by, my .02c

for a header, im interessed, but like Wolf-Spirit said, i will prefer already made to 'fit', but if it need minor change to fit i dont care too. 2.5 piping will be the best for me i think, no need for 3''.
