ok, some of you remember me some of you wont. i was here a while ago pimpin the nubira. ive moved on to new things now running a stratus r/t 5speed. but when i sold the nubi, i told the new owner about this site... wonder if he visits.

It was fine before i changed the intake. just pipes and filter not the manifold. It runs beautifully. Good gas mileage and good power. No smoke at all so i don't think its piston rings. But i found a good solution for it. I went and got a 2002 stratus rt. Now the woo is just a toy

the knock goes away completely now after the car warms up. or any time it is over 2500RPM's

there is a hose coming from just under the butterfly to the valve cover. you can see it in the picture its one of the orange hoses. the origingal broke.

Ok, i just put a new intake on the car. 2000 nubira with a 2.0. i ran the line that comes out of the valve cover... the big black hose to the hole for it on the air intake and rather quickly got smoke in my exhaust. When i loked at the intake it had oil in it. i took the hose off of it immediately a...

For my intake i just went to autozone.. abour 100$ for the pipes and a k&n cone, sounds a hell of allot better and the fuel milege is up.

New toys - Glow

Ive looked around a bit at some grill options, Decided to stay stock but still tweak the effct a bit. 2 12 inch cold cathodes. Whole project, wires swiches and all came in just under 30$usd.

Ive sey up something of my own, used a laptop with no screen, mounted under the passenger seat. added in a 7 inch ELO touchscreen frim an ond cop car. with the addition of a wireless keyboard it works well and fedora core 7 easliy interfaces with the obd2 system of the car for lots op fretty readouts.
