what country are you in? have you tried a former Daewoo dealer or suzuki dealer if you're in the US? have you tried a Chevy dealer if you're in canada or europe? A shop specializing in transmission repair may be able to read codes.

and for people that may view this later, everyone seems to think that the oblong cutouts in the rotor is a wire stuck in there, they are supposed to be there and were put there by the manufacturer.
