Im using a T20SED block from a 2000 Daewoo Nubira.

I also have a C20NE block here from a 1992 Pontiac Sunbird. This engine was replaced with the T20.

Oh.. Do you guys all have windage trays built into your oil pan gaskets?

I have a feeling the main brace was more for supporting the block than the mains.... but I could be wrong. The other reason I asked was that my machinis...

are you building a T20/T22 or the C20 that came in the Sunbird? if you're using the C20 from the Sunbird then you'll have to get the caps flycut with them installed on the block to make then level with the bottom of the block. garrett T20 is what Im building. Main Cap strength

How strong are the main caps in the T20SED and similar motors? Do the C20LET motors have main cap cradles or something to make it stronger?

It really does feel good when it hits the power band! I'm happy with it and it's not even broken in yet. One thing I am not happy with is the auto trans.. I ordered a Getrag/Mucie 5 speed trans from a turbo sunbird and it arrived today. I'm excited, but I need to get all of the other parts that go a...

I advanced the intake cam tonight by 7.8 degrees (1 tooth) and WOW is it running better. Doesn't have a heck of a lot of bottom end, but once it hits the power band, it feels pretty good. I'm sure there's room for improvement with tuning, but it's way better than before and I'm starting to get a lit...

Not yet..

Here's a video if you want to take a look at the monitor and see if you can tell anything from that. I know I need a tune definitely.
