by the way GSE, i was talking with my mechanic about porting and polishing and using larger vales, and i was woundering, do i just have to enlarge the head ports and just use bigger valves or do i have a certain limits?? and if yes then what is the right measurments or the right sizes to be done on ...

ya of course it will be less than 160 but not less than 150 cuz the T22 still 2.2L not only 2.0L likw the C20XE, but maybe i wont achieve that hp untill i do the modifications which i always like to do like the headers and 2.25" exhaust and another injectors from a 3500c.c. engine or 3000c.c. 6l eng...

GSE, i appreciate ur help soo much and i will look for the C20NE engine here also, although if i made the engine run with 12:1 compression it will needs very high octane petrol and we only got 90 and 92 and 95 octane in egypt. :roll: Just wanted more description on the last thing u said about C20XE ...

if this job worked and this T22 could give about 160hp or a little less than that when i swap the C20XE pistons to it then i will not turbo the car now. dont forget that the C20XE give out 150hp with 10.5:1 compression, so when u take its pistons to the T22 and make a 2.2L engine also 10.5:1 compres...

as i told u in the other post, i think about using the C20XE pistons in the T22SED engine so i can raise the T22 compression ratio from 9.2 or 9.5 to 10.5 so this means it will catch up the hp in the C20XE and even more cuz the T22 is 2.2L. i didnt understand and sorry for being a lil dump right now...
