I won't know until I pull the other engine and drop the 2.0L in to see how everything fits.( I personally think it needs another 3/4" for the alt pully but one of the guys helping me... GsiTurbo thinks it will be fine ) i also say u i'll have no problems, even if i dont have the 2.0 turbo i still h...

The 2.0L C20LET I'm working on for my Lanos is the exact same engine family as the 1.6 / 1.5 and I know for a fact the steel block is good for more than 15psi (all the time)...some guys are well over 20psi with stock internals. Yes, the F20 fits with no problems, but the F28 will need a FWD conversion, because this tranny belongs to the Opel calibra/vectra 2.0 16v turbo 4x4 6speed

Sorry about the delay... its seems i have the crappy F16 :? once i tought i had the euro F16 because some one told me mine came out of an opel kaddet, i talked to my mechanic he told me it came out of his '91 Racer (Pontiac Lemans) so these means its the crappy F16, now i understand my bad 1/4 mile ...

Erfinder, the space problem... he installed the intercooler in the engine bay, not a front mounted intercooler... like u said is bad he had all those problems, i still dont understand how his mechanic didnt found the problem...

any opel tuners over there? if so try to find low compresion pistons for the c16xe/x16xe from the opel corsa gsi

one of the things i dindt like about the 'woos is the chrome grill, please paint your grills black or the chrome section as the same color of your car.

it looks good! there are a few 4 door hatch here... love those headlights, dont like the "eye brows", different wheels migth help a lot , BUT it looks good, keep on the good work.
