hi, i hope anybody can help me whit this, a friend have a espero and the check engine light is on, how i can read the codes whitout an scaner. And if anybody got the code list. Thanks. btw the espero is automatic transmission.

you can do a test compression... before you`ll open the engine.

el bloque del x20ned lo puedes poner 16v, necesitas los pistones del 16v, y todo lo demas, el bloque al parecer es igual, yo estuve comparando ese con un t20sed y con un t18sed y se ven iguales. El c20xe es casi imposible conseguirlo aqui.

you have to find pistons and crank, the rods are the same of the 1.5

that mean that the 1.4-1.6 SOHC and DOHC engines can be stroked ? or which ones ? good info yes men, my expierence was whit and 1400cc sohc and whit a 1600cc dohc, the two engines got no problems of any kind, good temperature, good idle, its the better way to get the max power from a small block ;)

look for the c18ne internals, is small block, he has 80.5mm bore, and 88.2 stroke. C18NE is the small block??? First I've heard of that engine.... what make and year of car did it come in? I don't belive I've come across a stroker kit for the 1.6L.... I'm sure that the C18NE crank would be somethin...
