Master Cylinders in my experience go bad if their the cause of air getting into the system. Brake booster.. i haven't fooled much with. Well i don't know about the automatic lanos, but in previous automatics i've driven some do that and some don't but i oiled the accellerator and cleaned the cable and throttle assembly and didn't sorta stick anymore.
