16 year old girl backed into my leganza and took out the door completely. No other damage, just need complete assembly (door, trim, power window etc) not parted out.
price is no object, as they will be the ones footing the bill.

I have a 1.5 Cdn model as well. Dont get the ones from the 1.6, it wont fit. actually, 136mm sounds about right. OMG this is replaced under a recall? I just toiled over 2 leganzas for cam angle sensor replacements sourced from ebay. Figured these were consumables.

Im a little confused reading the post, but how are you sliding things around? You are using auto tensioner to create slack right? Same idea as the tentioner on the S belt.

If the fuel pump aint running, just make sure the fuel pump relay is properly seated and like GSI said, it clicks. If it clicks and the fuel pump isnt running, bad lead/ground or bad pump. Not rocket science.

Ive got a leganza stock myself. Wonder what the top speed actually is on these things. I dont have the opportunity to try in my area. Crappy roads and officer Hardass makes things dangerous.

Theres no way you should pay that much for an engine.
I found one at a local scrapper for 500 bucks + 300 to put it in. and this is in canadian buxors.
Uf u gotta spend 1300 for an engine, seriously, look around for a newer leganza and use the otherone for spares..

Oh well.
Bought another leganza that has no problems.
Apparantly, in america, the legaza uses the d20 transmission which is found in the nubira as well.

Has the car since disappeared or part still available? It is an auto? im in the market for a tranny.
