Yes, I did recieve those files from you. Thanks a ton. Yes I did remove #63 and I also made sure that #62 is in place as well. Thank you so much for helping me on this........I think I'm going to have to give in and send it to the Chevy dealership and have them figure it out.

ok, so now I have everything all lined up perfectly to where the belt is tight and the cams are staying all lined up when I try to start it, but it still wont start. Ok so now I've gone out and changed the timing marks to where the arrows face directly at each other. It almost started, no backfire anymore, and then it stopped trying to start. I checked the marks again and they're off!!! I went through this two more times and each time I line the marks up and try...

Each cam has 2 marks on them. They both have just a line mark and they both have an arrow. Do I need to put both of the arrows up to the top of the timing belt cover? Or vise versa? I'm desperate!!!
