I live in Australia
After closer inspection, the play in the gear stick seems to come from the engine side of the firewall and not within the actual gear stick.

Loose Gear Stick

I realise there are some bushes available to solve the problem however my local Daewoo representative can't get hold of the part and I am not getting a response from Intimidator. What has everyon...

Gear Stick Question
When I put my gear stick into gear. There is a lot of sideways movement in the gear stick. Is there some gear stick bushes I can buy to fix this problem?

Another question
It was running rough because the timing mark on the cam gears where out 1 notch. I fixed this and the car is now running normal however it is now making a tick, tick, ticking noise. The more revs you give the car the faster it ticks. It was not doing this before I installed the timing belt. Any idea...

More questions
Well I slightly moved the cam counter-clockwise and have installed the timing belt.
I am now finished the timing belt install however my car is now running very lumpy. Does anyone know what could have caused this? Could it be that the belt is too tight?
Any ideas would be helpfull.

Timing belt install help?
I am in the middle of installing the timing belt in my 1.6L Nubira. I have removed the old belt and am ready to install the new timing belt. The only problem I have is that the timing mark on the left side camshaft gear is slightly out of place. This is shown in the blue part of the picture below: h...
