Qtgrl8369 you are still lucky. My engine is not heating anymore and it is -30 C here. I just don't take the care till I find the problem. Probably thermostat. BTW anyone know if changing the thermostat on a 1.5 is easy and if I can get a thermostat easly?

I think you should go for a tach problem as your engin is not reving that high. As for the wiring I don't think it would go back to normal by itself.

You need to put a little bit more tinner then you should usely do to have the paint being more liquid. That way it will go on the doo...
