I went to the garage to scan the computer about the check engine. The cam position sensor was defectous. The mechanig guy cleaned the cam position sensor and he told me it will be ok. I removed the dash today and check for a ground starting from the fuel gauge. I didn't find a black wire connected to the car's body. All the wires were taped together.

I cleaned the ground and the connection spot on the body but the fuel gauge probleme continue.

Any suggestions

I have the same problem with the fuel gauge. The fuel gauge work well until I use the heater fan. When the fan is at position 2 or more the fuel gauge go down 1 or 2 minutes later.
