why don't you upload the file to something like www.megauploads.com so that we can download it and watch it like normal people?? those streaming sites suck big time... i was never able to see any vids on that site because of the streaming crap.

go to....
Tools > Page Info > Media (it's a tab) > Scroll through the list of objects until you find the embeded movie (it gives the file name on the server so you can see the extension) > Save As
usually you can't change the file name through firefox because it will download a php script or html that contains nothing, so wait to change the file name after you have it on your computer
