Why the wheelie bars on the FWD? To prevent squat under acceleration?

Ya I think its to keep the most amount of traction on the front wheels.

Hondas are running low 9s on "street legal" cars that mk2 is no streetlegal, but yes should be awesome to have that car on the hotrod class
